Meditation has always been a part of Sustainability in Style’s resilience tool kit for stress reduction and self-reflection. However, a recent study published in Nature noted a significant link between Mindfulness Meditation and altruism that make us love meditation even more!
The study (n= 326) which looked at mindfulness meditation (with investigation into the influence of gender, age, education and race). Found that those who watched the mindfulness meditation video were found to give at a 2.61× greater rate than those in the control group (all things considered).
Which is just one more reason why we love to meditate in #sustainablestyle.
