Did you know that music is proven to aid in relaxation?
If you’ve listened to music of any kind there’s a good chance you would agree with this. However, it might interest you to know that some curious researchers in Denmark tested the power of music to reduce stress in newly diagnosed lymphoma patients. They tested both live and pre-recorded music on 143 patients and found out that music, specifically the patient preferred live music, does reduce anxiety.
