Give yourself a brain-break from the day, your social media feed, and the general pressures of life as you allow your Sustainable Self to ease into your evening mode.

This mindful yoga flow and meditation is designed to combat fatigue and anxiety (specifically for those changemakers who get overwhelmed by eco anxiety and compassion fatigue) and get you feeling grounded as you settle in for the night.

All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Please advise us of any injuries, concerns, or if you are pregnant before class begins.  Please try to arrive in the zoom meeting room ten minutes before class so you can settle in and enjoy the full hour.

Complete the online waiver and release form before your first class, in doing so you release Sustainability in Style and Katie Roberts of any personal injuries or harm that may result from participating in the e-facilitated class.
