Give yourself a brain-break from the day, your social media feed, and the general pressures of life as you allow your Sustainable Self to ease into your evening mode.
This mindful yoga flow and meditation is designed to combat fatigue and anxiety (specifically for those changemakers who get overwhelmed by eco anxiety and compassion fatigue) and get you feeling grounded as you head home for the night.
Our classes are small, gentle, and designed to make you feel relaxed. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Please advise us of any injuries, concerns, or if you are pregnant before class begins. Please try to arrive ten minutes before class so you can settle in and enjoy the full hour.
