This mindful meditation, yoga flow and journalling class designed to have you heading into your day feeling refreshed, focused and relaxed. These meditation/mindfulness classes are designed to help you combat fatigue and anxiety (specifically for those changemakers who get overwhelmed by eco anxiety and compassion fatigue).
Our classes are small, gentle, and designed to make you feel relaxed. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Please advise us of any injuries, concerns, or if you are pregnant before class begins. Please try to arrive ten minutes before class so you can settle in and enjoy the full hour.
